Fruits
Sparkling Apple Cake
One apple
cinnamon
stevia
teensy bit nutmeg
standard water or seltzer
Place in blender and voila, apple cake in sparkling delight! :)
Lemonade
1 liter water
Juice of just one lemon
Stevia to taste
Orange Julius
140 grams orange (85 calories about 1/2 an orange)
4 drops of Vanilla Stevia
a lot of ice
some seltzer
I personally use the Bullet Blender, therefore the most it can make is a serving (I really like it incidentally!!)
After mixing up, I added more ice and seltzer so it might be nice full also it was
Try carrying this out together with your grapefruit, too.
Frozen Dessert
this is a quick recipe that's similar to frozen treats...mix up either an apple, grapefruit, bananas, orange...add preferred stevia...water
(the greater water, the greater volume) once combined change to whip for a little...once all done place it within the freezer and voila! thaw out a little...later in
your day you could have your other fruit like a slushy! The apple is tasty having a hint of cinnamon too.
Orange Fennel Salad
1 bulb fennel, trimmed and sliced (I love matchstick size)
2 large oranges using the rinds removed, sliced into models
2 tablespoon dark wine vinegar
1 teaspoon poppy seed products
salt to taste
2 bunches arugula - washed, dried and chopped
Put the fennel and orange inside a large bowl. Drizzle with essential olive oil and vinegar sprinkle with poppyseeds and salt. Chill and serve on the mattress of
